TOWIE hit with 176 Ofcom complaints over Olivia Attwood ‘bullying’ claims

Viewers who tuned into Sunday night's episode of The Only Way Is Essex were left feeling "uncomfortable" following a row that broke out between cast members.

Former Love Island contestant, Olivia Attwood, and co-star Chloe Brockett came head to head in a heated confrontation which resulted in name-calling.

After the tense moment, fans of the show were left feeling uncomfortable and complained about the "unacceptable situation".

It is reported by The Sun that the hit ITVBe show has had 176 complaints filed about it to Ofcom.

Those that tuned into the episode claimed that Olivia, Nicole Bass, and Clelia Theodorou all took part in "bullying" Chloe, ten years their junior.

The group came to verbal blows in a beer garden, while socially distancing, following the breakdown of Chloe and Ella-Rae's friendship.

It had emerged that Chloe slept with her ex-best friend's ex-boyfriend, Jack McDermott.

During the argument, both Chloe and Olivia threw insults at one another, while their friends watched on.

However, it was when Olivia said: "I thought you were vile and poisonous," fans couldn't take anymore.

Their exchange hit a new level when Chloe called Olivia a "lanky old troll," to which Olivia didn't take sitting down and hit back: "You come here with Victoria Beckham's wig on.
