Little People’s Matt Roloff enjoys some 'time away' from his farm as he takes vacation in Mexico with girlfriend Caryn

LITTLE People, Big World star Matt Roloff took a break from working on the family farm to enjoy a romantic getaway with his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler.

The two flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for some fun in the sun and met up with some friends during their stay.

Matt, 59, had been hard at work on his farm, building his own cabin – dubbed “Grandpa’s Cabin” – and creating a new home for he and Caryn to live in, as she doesn’t want to live in the same place as his ex-wife Amy.

The Roloff patriarch shared a few photos from their trip on Instagram, showing off the nice restaurants they ate at and the stunning views they took in.

In the first shot, the happy couple smiled big as they sat across from each other at a dining table, which was seated right next to a square pool.

Matt wore jeans and a black button-up, while Caryn had on an animal print skirt and a white, off-the-shoulder blouse.

Another photo showed off a large, winding outdoor pool that sat right on the beach, giving Matt and his girlfriend a perfect view of the ocean.

The two posed for a second restaurant photo in the third shot, though this time they ate at a place with ocean and mountain views.

The LPBW star had on a colorful, short-sleeve button-up for the outing, and Caryn opted for a black off-the-shoulder top.

Matt captioned the getaway gallery: “Me and @carynchandler1 relaxing and enjoying some R&R time away from @oregon in peaceful @cabosanlucasmexico.

“#nextstopArizona … hey @texas #texasdoyouhaveroomfor… @rolofffarms ? ….#oregonhasgonecrazy #stoptheviolence.”

Caryn also shared a shot from this same meal, though in hers she shared that they met up with a couple of friends and included them in a group photo.

She wrote: “Quick getaway with my guy & beautiful rooftop dinner w/ friends. ?”

Matt just got through finishing up his completed log cabin and gave fans a tour of the inside.

In a video, Matt showed his followers a wood stove, a wooden table, a ladder by the window, bunk beds, a foot locker, a chair and animal skin decorations hung up on the wall.

Last weekend, the Roloff patriarch hosted his whole family, including his ex Amy and her fiance Chris Marek, at the farm for a springtime reunion.

Matt and Amy, who divorced in 2016 after almost 30 years of marriage, had all four of their kids – Jeremy, Jacob, Zach, and Molly – at the family fun day.

After enjoying the sunny day celebration, Matt shared some photos from it all on Instagram, including a sweet, smiling shot of everyone all together.

He wrote alongside the snaps: “Wait?? What?? My clan all together enjoying the first annual April Sunny Day roloff family farm BBQ at @rolofffarms.”
