KIM Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Jennifer Aniston watched the Bachelor finale in shock as Peter dumped Hannah Ann for Madison.
The final was full of twists, from heartbreak and surprise relationships, to Peter's mom doing everything she can to stop the couple from continuing.
As it unfolded, celebrities watched what happened and shared their opinions on the show with their fans.
Kim Kardashian watched the finale at a party and they poked fun at Peter's over-bearing mother in the form of cakes.
Filming on her Instagram Story, it showed a Madison, Hannah Ann and Peter cake, and on the latter a photo of Barb sat on top.
Kim told the camera: "Okay guys, we are at a Bachelor party, we're going to watch the finale. Which cake are you going to have?"
The Bachelor host Chris Harrison even phoned in to give Kim and sister Kendall – who was also at the party – the inside scoop.
Unfortunately, she didn't film the conversation.
Jennifer Aniston opted for a more quiet affair settling onto her coach alongside her beloved pooch Sophie.
Even Lady Gaga dropped some opinions on the finale, saying: "If Peter breaks up with Hannah Ann and proposes to Madison #StupidLove", believing her newest single has some resonance to Peter's actions.
Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco said she was "amused and confused" by the finale on her Instagram Story.
The finale was said to be "unspoilable" as Peter didn't even know whether Madison would stay with him until the live show.
Peter, 28, proposed to Hannah Ann, 23, in Alice Springs Australia three months earlier.
He insisted: "I am so incredibly in love with Hannah Ann. I am choosing Hannah Ann because I am 100 percent certain, and I want to choose her every single day."
He then bought a ring and got Hannah Ann's permission, before making the romantic proposal.
Pete told her: "You're thoughtful, you're caring, you're selfless, you're passionate and above all else, you're one of a kind.
"And my heart chooses you forever… I never want to let you go."
However, he eventually broke up with her after realizing he still loved Madison.
A month later, the pair were filmed breaking up.
She shouted at him: "Words are powerful, Peter. Either you don't mean what you say, or you don't understand the weight of your words. So which one is it?"
At the live show, it was then revealed Madison flew out to Los Angeles to meet Peter after she found out he was single.
Madison told Peter she still had "so much love" in her heart for him, and he agreed, saying he made "a million and one mistakes".
Peter's mother, Barb, was not happy with his choice of woman, as she was furious Madison left them waiting for three hours in Australia before meeting her.
She said in front of Madison: "All his friends, all his family, everyone that knows him knows that it's not gonna work.
Pilot Pete said back: "I am telling you that I love Madison, and that should be enough. Please, please, listen to me."
Madison concluded the show with: "Honestly, this is about me and Peter, this is about our journey, this is something just he and I should be talking about."
At the end of the show, host Chris introduced Claire Crawley, 38, as the Bachelorette for the new season on May 18.
