Piers Morgan left his colleague Dr Hilary Jones red-faced once more after replaying a savage moment he mocked his weight live on ITV.
Good Morning Britain presenter Piers couldn't resist a cheeky dig at the TV medic when talking about his new health kick.
Speaking on Wednesday's show about why he isn't following a strict diet 24/7, Piers said: "You never know when the lord may come for you, who wants your last meal to be kale?
"Seriously imagine you get up to the pearly gates… 'what was your last meal?' Kale salad."
Turning to Piers, Susanna Reid probed: "So are you abandoning your health kick then?"
Explaining his point, the former newspaper editor said: "No no you are allowed a cheat day."
He then got GMB bosses to replay an historic clip of Dr Hilary mocking him.
In the clip Piers and Susanna were left gobsmacked after normally timid Hilary jibed: "At least I'm not overweight."
Sam Smith told off by security during boozy Soho night with boyfriend Francois Rossi
Hitting back, Piers said: "That really did sting and it was the cackle after it."
After the clip had finished, the controversial star continued: "Anyway, back to the fat shaming… I had a wobble but have made contact with my olympic trainer."
Piers laughed: "We are moving towards having a meeting in perhaps two weeks."
Piers recently admitted he's put on half a stone during his time away from the camera.
He told The Sun: "I’m going to see a new personal trainer, and unfortunately Celia's taken it all quite seriously, so suddenly it’s all the good stuff’s gone and all the kale’s come in and the quinoa and vegetables. A lot of vegetables. A lot of salmon.
"A lot less Bordeaux – I’m down to one glass a night.
"And, well, during the summer, a lot of cheese went down my gullet, and it was a couple of bottles of white. Quite comfortably. Depending on the quality, and maybe a little more."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am
