Gemma Collins nominated for Nobel Peace Prize as application says she could solve North Korea crisis

GEMMA Collins has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize – with those behind her bid admitting they believed she could end the ongoing crisis in North Korea.

The former Towie star, 39, was plumped for the prestigious award by two YouTube stars who managed to get the nomination accepted after creating The Romford Research Institute for Peace.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Josh Pieters and Archie Manners, both 27, revealed they’d also put up Kanye West, 43, for the top prize.

Previous recipients include Marie Curie and the Dalai Lama.

In an exclusive interview in their role as directors of the company, Archie said: “The GC has spent 39 years promoting peace and harmony across Essex – and beyond.

“If you look at what peace really means, take for example her on-off relationship with James Argent – no one died.

"It was a conflict that did appear to be resolved peacefully and we at the Romford Research Institute think this is a great demonstration of world peace.”

Josh explained: “We believe in the GC effect, which is a peer reviewed hypothesis that if Gemma spent a long weekend in North Korea she could use the skills as seen in Towie to attempt to bring peace to the region.”

Discussing the nomination, which will be put to the board alongside Donald Trump’s later this year, Archie added: “Not only are we saying GC is an incredibly peaceful person but at the Romford Research Institute we are saying, if Donald Trump is going to be nominated and publicly celebrate this nomination at his election rallies – then why not Gemma Collins?

“She is arguably more peaceful than Donald Trump.

“And it’s the same with Kanye West. His nomination has been successful and he will also be considered.”

In addition to Gemma and Kanye, Josh and Archie also managed to get across a nomination for Mickey Mouse.

Josh said: “It’s the same with Mickey, we feel he has been left out.

“He is very deserving, he has had many jobs – notably as one of the detectives in the city of Mouseton.

“Mickey has spent 92 years keeping the world peaceful – and he has never been nominated.

“This is the point we are trying to make.”
