CHLOE Madeley grabbed fans' attention as she showed off her incredible figure before hitting out in a shock rant.
The 35-year-old personal trainer took aim at the fitness industry for promoting unrealistic diet promises.
New mum Chloe – who is set to launch her own reality show on ITV – posted selfie snaps of her rock hard abs.
She captioned the Instagram post: "'I just increased my calories and stopped restricting my food intake!'
"F*** off. Please. Stop. It’s not true and it’s not fair.
"Isn’t it so promising for our clients to read, and so attractive for the mainstream media to repost?

"Fitting of the times though it may be, it’s also simply not true that you lose more body fat on more calories.
"IF you were sticking to those calories in the first place…please don’t disregard that sentence in a fight against this message.
"I’m training HARD and saying “NO” to get where I want to go and that’s not sad, nor is it self hatred, its BASIC discipline, and it could simply be called achieving your goals and being ok with that?
"The more we buy into to weak zeitgeist the more feet we add to the mountain. Accept the facts even if they don’t sound like cake wrapped in bubble wrap. It gets easier when you do. C’est la vie."

Yesterday it was revealed Chloe is involved in one of three exciting new series to hit ITV.
For the first time, the Madeley family is opening their doors to a family reality show, as we get to see them as we’ve never seen them before in At Home With the Madeley’s.
Chloe will be joined by her husband James Haskell as they negotiate family life – with appearances from Richard himself.
The programme will also see Chloe's dad – Good Morning Britain host Richard – and his wife Judy Finnigan as doting grandparents.
