Britains Got Talent’s Sirine Jahangir left in tears during emotional performance

Britain's Got Talent returned to our screens this evening for the third round of the semi-finals.

Musician Sirine Jahangir, who is blind, took to the stage tonight as she competed for a place in the final.

The 15-year-old singer broke down in tears during her emotional performance, where she sung and played the piano.

Sirine choked up just before the end of her stunning performance.

Judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Ashley Banjo showered her with support.

Viewers at home were also reduced to tears as Sirine sang onstage.

Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "Aww that was amazing ,If you didn’t cry you’ve got a heart of stone."

Another added: "Amazing, emotional and beautiful performance love the song and that Sirine is so talented."

A third posted: "Absolutely stunning performance from Sirine. Real goosebump stuff."

While a fourth said: "Omg, Sirine. So emotional. So talented. So beautiful. A little goddess. She could easily win the whole show."

A fifth BGT viewer wrote: "What a lovely and respectful young lady Sirine Jahangir is. Raw talent to die for. Sirine's voice and musical abilities are incredible. I hope she goes far in life."
