Drake had a front-row seat to Rihanna and Kevin Durant’s jab-fest over the weekend.
While participating in DJ Spade’s Instagram Live, Rihanna shaded the Brooklyn Nets forward, who tested positive for coronavirus earlier this month.
“Is KD allowed in here? Should I wear a mask to this live?” the 32-year-old pop star posted, according to 2Cool2Bl0g. “Back with my mask!”
Durant later replied, “Yo Robyn didn’t u just come from Europe?”
After Rihanna replied she’s been in the US for the past two months, Drake wrote: “We have to dead the treyfive corona jokes.”
Rihanna and Durant appeared to continue the conversation from there.
While Rihanna and Drake have a storied history, the rapper’s health recently came into question amid the Covid-19 outbreak, as he partied with the 31-year-old NBA superstar prior to Durant’s coronavirus diagnosis.
Drake has since tested negative. He kept busy in quarantine shooting hoops.
Durant is one of many celebrities who have tested positive for coronavirus, including Idris Elba, Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson, and Bravo honcho Andy Cohen.
Three of Durant’s Nets teammates have also tested positive, along with the Jazz’s Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, the Pistons’ Christian Wood and Celtics’ Marcus Smart. Gobert, Mitchell, Wood and Smart have since been cleared of symptoms.
