Was Amber Heard Cheating On Johnny Depp With Elon Musk??

The split between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard really could not be any messier.

As if accusations of domestic violence from both parties weren’t enough, Johnny added a new wrinkle last year in his defamation suit against his 22 years younger ex: he accused Amber of cheating on him!

The Aquaman star famously engaged in a brief but high profile romance with Tesla tech mogul Elon Musk after her marriage ended. But according to Johnny’s legal filing in March 2019, the affair with the billionaire began way before that. The lawsuit stated:

“Unbeknownst to Mr. Depp, no later than one month after his marriage to Ms. Heard, she was spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and Space X founder, Elon Musk. Only one calendar month after Mr. Depp and Ms. Heard were married — while Mr. Depp was out of the country, filming in March 2015 — Eastern Columbia Building personnel testified that Ms. Heard received Musk ‘late at night’ at Mr. Depp’s penthouse. Specifically, Ms. Heard asked staff at the Eastern Columbia Building to give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night,’ and they testified that they did so. Building staff would then see Ms. Heard’s ‘friend Elon’ leaving the building the next morning… Musk’s first appearance in Mr. Depp’s penthouse occurred shortly after Ms. Heard threw a vodka bottle at Mr. Depp in Australia, when she learned that Mr. Depp wanted the couple to enter into a post-nuptial agreement concerning assets in their marriage.”

Video: Amber Responds To Audio In Which She Admits To Hitting Johnny

Amber and Elon have said they didn’t begin seeing one another until May 2016, with a rep for the billionaire saying “even then it was infrequent” and “didn’t become romantic until some time later.”

However, some new evidence may support Johnny’s claims of infidelity.

DailyMail.com got hold of some stills of surveillance camera footage from the penthouse elevator which show Amber and Elon in a very familiar embrace. In the photos, the actress seems to be wearing a swimsuit with a coverup wrapped around her, holding it closed. She rests her head on Elon, who puts his arms around her.

It would be a smoking gun… except it is missing date stamps which would prove it was during the marriage.

Amber continued to live in the apartment for several months after the split from Johnny; she filed for divorce in May 2016 and didn’t move out until December of that year. So it’s possible the footage is from that time.

It seems Johnny will still have to rely on the testimony of building staff he mentioned in his suit… at least for now!

The Pirates of the Caribbean star has subpoenaed Musk for any text messages or emails exchanged with Heard during that time. We can’t imagine if those contain anything revealing that they’ll stay hidden for long.

As we’ve been reporting, leaked texts and phone calls have given the public a lot more insight into this case over the past couple of months, including Amber’s admission to hitting Johnny.

We should note, even if the claims of infidelity are proved beyond any doubt we in no way mean to suggest that would excuse any domestic violence. That doesn’t mean it isn’t part of the story though…

Johnny Devenanzio Suggests ESPN Air Classic Seasons of 'The Challenge' to Fill Their 'Depleted' Schedule

In an attempt to fight the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) through packed crowds, multiple sports organizations have canceled their events. Therefore, media giants that broadcast live sporting events will lose advertising money, and fans are missing out on content. The Challenge star Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio suggested one of the media companies should team up with MTV to air “classic seasons” of the reality competition series.

ESPN has a ‘depleted’ schedule due to coronavirus pandemic

Due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, several sports organizations have canceled or postponed their seasons indefinitely. The National Basketball Association and Hockey League have suspended their seasons, Major League Baseball has canceled the rest of its spring training and postponed Opening Day, and the PGA tour nixed all events through April 2020. Additionally, Nascar and the Kentucky Derby postponed their upcoming races.

While other sports organizations have also scratched their live events in hopes of stopping the spread of the virus through their packed crowds, these cancellations affect Disney-owned sports media giant ESPN the most.

The company could lose around $1 billion in advertising revenue if the 2020 NBA season is canceled. Therefore, they must figure out how to offer a separate package of commercials that extends to nearly the same amount of viewers who tune in for the basketball championships.

Currently, ESPN airs its flagship show, SportsCenter, documentaries, talk shows, and other original programming in place of live sports.

ESPN airing WWE classics

Even though ESPN hasn’t aired WWE (World Wrestling Events) in the past, they will air classic Wrestlemania events for three Sundays in a row, starting with March 22, 2020.

Executive Vice President Burke Magnus explained they chose “this unique opportunity” because of the “terrific working relationship” they have with WWE and “the unprecedented circumstances we all find ourselves in.”

Additionally, the sports media giant will air Wrestlemania 36, originally scheduled to take place in Tampa, Florida, on pay-per-view. The event, hosted by former NFL player Rob Gronkowski, will not have an audience, only attended by “essential personnel.”

Johnny Devenanzio suggest ESPN air classic seasons of ‘The Challenge’

Because people are stuck at home, they want to rewatch seasons of their favorite shows. For example, CBS is airing old reruns of Young Sheldon in place of live sports. Many reality competition fans consider shows like Survivor or The Challenge as a type of sport due to the competitive nature.

20-time Challenge competitor and six-time winner, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio quote tweeted Variety writer Brian Steinberg announcing the ESPN and WWE deal.

The reality television star and host then tagged the sports media giant and suggested they team up with MTV “and show classic seasons of The Challenge.”

Many of his followers agreed with him and shared which streaming platforms they are currently bingeing the show on, including Pluto TV and MTV Hits on Amazon Prime.

While it’s unclear if ESPN will actually look into it, it is clear the sports media giant needs more content to fill their “depleted” schedule. The Challenge 35: Total Madness premieres Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.

Johnny Depp Admits to Cutting Off Own Finger to Frame Amber Heard?!

With everything that’s going on in the news these days, you might think there’s nothing that can shock you anymore.

So in that spirit we bring you the curious tale of Johnny Depp (allegedly) cutting off his own finger in an effort to frame Amber Heard.

As you’re probably aware Depp is suing Heard for $50 million for allegedly violating the non-disclosure agreement the two of them signed when they got divorced.

He’s also suing UK tabloid The Sun over a 2018 article that described him as a “wife-beater.”

A pair of high-profile lawsuits seems like a strange way to silence someone who’s airing your dirty laundry, which is probably why Depp’s legal team reportedly cautioned him against it.

But there’s no going back now, and as expected, the court case has led to a lot of potentially damaging information going public.

Earlier this month, things were looking bad for Team Amber thanks to an audio recording in which Heard admitted to assaulting Depp.

But in a blunder so colossal you have to wonder if one of his own guys is secretly working against him, Depp’s lawyers accidenally leaked 70,000 of the actor’s texts to The Sun, and the contexts have proven to be a treasure trove for Heard and her defense team.

First, there was the text in which Depp threatened to murder Heard and have sex with her corpse.

Now, his case against The Sun has yielded yet another bonkers revelation.

You may recall that Depp claimed Heard tried to cut his finger off during a fight that took place in 2015.

However, in texts unveiled in court this week (before the case was suspended due to coronavirus fears), Depp tells his doctor that he was the one who nearly severed his digit.

“I cut the top of my middle finger off… What should I do!?? Except, of course, go to a hospital,” Depp texted the doc.

“I’m so embarrassed for jumping into anything with her… F–K THE WORLD!!! JD.”

Depp’s lawyers will likely claim he was trying to protect Amber from prosecution — but that seems unlikely.

“Thank you for everything. I have chopped off my left middle finger as a reminder that I should never cut my finger off again!! I love you, brother. Johnny,” he texted the doctor 12 days later.

The Sun’s lawyers didn’t stop there, and their latest filing claims that Depp brutally assaulted Heard on the night of the alleged finger-cutting:

“That night the complainant shoved Ms Heard into a ping-pong table, threw bottles through window panels of a glass door, then grabbed Ms Heard and tore off her nightgown,” the filing reads.

“The complainant grabbed Ms Heard by her neck and choked her against the refrigerator,” The Sun’s lawyers continue.

“The complainant mocked her, while touching and grabbing her by her breasts and repeatedly shoved her up against the refrigerator,” the document continues.

“The complainant then grabbed Ms Heard by the neck and collarbone, slammed her against the counter-top and strangled her.”

Depp has yet to respond to these latest allegations and it’s unclear when the trial will resume.
