Rebekah Vardy gives rare insight into home after bombshell Wagatha Christie interview

Rebekah Vardy, the wife of footballer Jamie Vardy has given fans a rare insight into her home life after taking part in a bombshell Wagatha Christie interview on Wednesday.

Rebekah, 40, launched legal action after Coleen, 36, claimed her fellow WAG's Instagram account was linked to stories about her leaking to the press.

The mother of five sat down on Talk TV on Wednesday evening to share her side of the story in the wake of her shocking loss in the libel case she had brought against fellow WAG Coleen Rooney last week.

Yet following the explosive interview, it appears Rebekah has once again retreated into her blissful home life as she puts her family front and centre as she tries to get back to normality.

Taking to social media on Thursday, the Dancing on Ice star shared a sweet photograph of her youngest daughter, two year old Olivia as she played inside a chicken run at their family mansion.

"Catch a chicken kind of morning,” Rebekah captioned the post, as her adorable daughter could be seen playing alongside a mother hen in an unconventional location.

Dressed in a floral jumpsuit and grey trainers, Olivia could be seen helping her mum with the daily chores as she stood beside an adorable hen house and a yellow bucket full of chicken feed.

The rural location isn’t unique to the Vardy’s either, with a similar chicken run also having been spotted at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ’s US home, which they share with their children Archie and Lilibet.

Despite a rustic exterior and rural surround, inside the Vardy’s home is an entirely different story as luxury becomes the word the day.

The 12 bedroom property is located in Lincolnshire and reportedly cost them a whopping £2.5million when they purchased it in 2016, however given the property market’s recent boom, it is thought to be worth considerably more in 2022.

Several lavish features are included in the property, including a huge swimming pool, surrounded by cream stone tiles, while Rebekah even has her own walk in wardrobe and dressing room to help her prepare for any glamorous outings.

Within the dressing room, there sits a white glass topped dressing table, while several perspex makeup storage draws house a wealth of cosmetics to help get her red carpet ready for any event appearances.

Fitted with grey carpets, the colour seems to be a running theme throughout the couple’s home, with several furniture items, including a button back stool, also adorned in a chic grey hue.

Having previously given fans an inside glimpse into the master bedroom, we know that it features a king size silver bed, complete with a stunning buttoned headboard, while the bed linens are kept in a classic crisp white.

The home’s central communal area, the living room, also boasts a grey L-shaped sofa, while a white open fireplace takes pride of place in the centre of the room, where it is accentuated by exposed brick walls and traditional wooden flooring.

The couple have also reportedly applied for planning permission to add a stable to their estate as Rebekah is a huge fan of all things equestrian

The local authority has yet to make a decision on the application.
