· ½ cup Napoletana sauce

· Handful basil leaves

· 2 tbsp ricotta

· 1 tbsp grated parmesan

· ½ tsp chilli flakes, optional

· Extra virgin olive oil

Drain and toss the pasta through the Napoletana sauce.

Stir in the basil leaves and top with ricotta, grated parmesan, chilli flakes, if using and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

‘I love to use chickpea pasta as it is high in protein and fibre making it a delicious meat-free option. So easy and so affordable! Enjoy,’ she wrote on her Instagram.

She simply tossed the cooked pasta through the Napoletana sauce, topped with basil, ricotta, grated parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.

‘Season to taste and serve,’ the founder of JSHealth said.

If spice is more your style, she suggested adding a sprinkle of chilli flakes over the top.

She said her go-to Napoletana sauce is from Raguletto, which cost just $1.80 per jar.
