Mel B accuses her nanny of being ex-husband Stephen Belafonte’s ‘mistress’

Mel B has filed explosive court documents in Los Angles in which she accuses her former nanny Lorraine Gilles of being a 'mistress' to her ex husband Stephen Belafonte.

In the papers, Spice Girls star Mel claims that Stephen asked their eight-year-old daughter Madison to lie about his close bond with the nanny.

In the legal papers obtained by The Sun, Mel allegedly writes: "I am shocked that our daughter would be forced to perpetuate a lie formed by her father simply to keep his mistress/girlfriend/nanny out of trouble.

"It is psychologically abusive for our little girl to be forced to keep secrets for her father or be made to believe that she cannot share what she wants… with her mother."
