Kate Middleton’s Ireland visit: The Duchess of Cambridge’s best outfits, from green dresses to recycled coats

It’s been all eyes on Kate Middleton as the stunning Duchess touched down in Ireland with Prince William for a three-day tour of Ireland.

Kate, 38, who recently debuted a new lob cut hairstyle, visited a wide array of places during the visit, from a family-owned pub in Galway where she enjoyed traditional Irish music, to a trip to Jigsaw National Youth Centre for Mental Health in Dublin.

And during the visit Kate’s outfits were, as always, completely fabulous. Things kicked off as Kate, arriving in Ireland, paid homage by wearing all green.

The beautiful Duchess could be seen in a floral patterned green dress, over which she wore an emerald green jacket, partnered with a classy pair of emerald green shoes.

Wowing in the national colour, this wasn’t the only time Kate was seen in a green ensemble. Further down the line during her visit, Kate stunned again in an emerald gown as she visited the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin alongside husband Prince William.

Kate looked elegant in the £1,595 gown by designer The Vampire’s Wife for the evening reception, which she paired with her trademark pointed-toe heels.

A third green dress also made an appearance; when Kate and William landed in Galway the royal couple opted for more relaxed looks, with Kate in a green dress with white squares printed on it. The 38 year old looked incredible as she paired the midi dress by Suzannah with a simple black belt and matching knee-high heeled boots.

The brunette beauty is also known to be a huge advocate for recycling her clothes, and is somewhat of a professional when it comes to digging into the vast archive of her royal wardrobe, often wearing pieces more than once.

Ireland was no exception; The Duchess stepped out for a visit to the Jigsaw National Youth Centre for Mental Health wearing a classy cream coat which she’d recycled from 2008, after last being seen wearing it to celebrate her 26th birthday.

It has been revealed that she was in fact wearing the OLIVIA coat by Reiss, and whilst it is no longer available to buy at the store they do have a ‘move on’ and refreshed take on the style for spring/summer 2020, named the PIXIE trench.

The Duchess partnered the statement £255 blouse with a pair of black jeans and Russell & Bromley zip-up boots.

There was also a vintage number thrown in, seen in the form of a magenta dress during an evening engagement in Dublin alongside her husband.

The dress, which featured a ruffle neck and black fabric belt, was polka-dotted as the Duchess added a pop of colour to her outfit.

Kate added her signature pointed-toe black heels to the look, while tying her hair back into a stylish plait and ponytail.

She also added a simple black clutch bag to the outfit.
