Former Love Island star Laura Anderson has given fans a glimpse inside her emotional trip back to Scotland where she reunited with her family.
The 32 year old ex cabin crew member has been documenting her trip on Instagram where she has shared a series of wholesome snaps and videos with her 1.4 million followers.
Laura, who recently ditched her long locks for a glam bob, currently lives in Dubai with her boyfriend Dane Bowers.
The Scottish star has been staying at Bellshill in North Lanarkshire, just ten miles away from Glasgow city centre where she spent much of lockdown in her old two bedroom apartment.
The social media influencer took to Instagram to post a ‘photo dump’ of her time in Scotland, kickstarting with a stunning picture of her at a lavish restaurant.
Laura looked gorgeous as she wore an asymmetric brown bodycon midi dress and cut out black heeled boots.
She wore her shorter locks with some bouncy blow dried curls.
Elsewhere, the TV personality revealed that she’d kicked off her trip in style after posting a video from her extremely luxurious plane seat.
Panning the camera around, Laura could be seen sitting with a glass of bubbly and making the most of the inflight entertainment.
Once landed, the season four Love Island contestant gave a peek at Scotland’s stunning blue skies and rolling hills as her mum picked her up from the airport.
And despite being miles away from the Dubai lifestyle, Laura admitted that there were some things she’d missed since being away from home.

In fact, in one selfie, Laura featured a list of all the things she longed for while she was away and included in the list were “Greggs big softies”, “the cute chatty elderly” and “the best accent in the world”.
When sharing the various photos of the momentous occasion on Instagram, the reality TV star wrote: “Honey I’m home” followed by an emoji of the Scottish flag.
She added: “Apologies I’ve been pretty much off my phone since I flew back. It feels important to be present seeing friends and family.”
However, Laura also revealed that the occasion had come with mixed emotions due to the circumstances.
She continued: “For those asking the funeral was lovely, a beautifully sunny day and I’m so glad I could be there to support my mum. Here’s a lil photo dump of seeing my sister and her baby bump for the first time.”
Laura has been living in Dubai since 2021 but prior to appearing on Love Island, the hairdresser had spent much of her time jetting between London at the sunny UAE destination.
