First Dates Cici strips to bikini to unveil dramatic weight loss transformation

First Dates star Cici Coleman has stunned her fans as she shared pictures of her impressive weight loss transformation on her Instagram page.

Cici showed off her progress with before and after pictures taken just three months apart, revealing the dramatic difference she had seen.

The TV waitress encouraged her followers to keep persevering with their weight loss after seeing her own remarkable results in the bikini snaps.

Cici, who is also a fitness coach, posed in two different bikinis as she offered her fans some advice about shifting their unwanted weight.

She captioned the snaps: "Weight loss is not linear. There are so many factors as to why the scales can vary so much week to week," revealing that things such as hormones, stress and water retention can take their toll.

She added: "You have got to trust in the process," as she shared the ups and downs of her own weight loss journey, describing the two phases – rapid and slow.

Cici wrote: "The first stage of weight loss is when you tend to lose the most weight and begin to notice changes in your appearance and how your clothes fit. It usually happens within the first 4–6 weeks."

She continued: "Weight loss in the second stage occurs at a much slower rate, but it primarily comes from body fat, generally after 6 weeks and beyond. At times, you may experience a weight loss plateau during which you experience little to no weight loss."

Cici concluded: "This is why “crash diets” never last. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, patience and consistency is needed.

"Patience and consistency are two significant ingredients to keep you on track."

Earlier this year, Cici credited a change in diet as the reason behind her weight loss, revealing she had seen results without even going into the gym.

She wrote: "I didn't want my weight loss journey to take over my life; I've been there in the past, and it was just soooo boring. I wanted to live whilst creating long-term healthy habit changes.

"I have tried to incorporate a new healthy habit each week, from 10k steps daily, celery juicing, to reducing my sugar intake.

"These things alone haven't dropped my kgs, but they have helped get my mindset right. Small habit changes can make a big difference to your overall health and well-being."
