Experts have revealed which room you should renovate in order to sell your property faster if you're putting it on the market.

This was in order to help people decide rooms they should focus on during home restorations if they want their home to be noticed on the market.
The date analysed over 139 million different Instagram posts over the past month and discovered the most popular room people posted about was the kitchen, with 39,189,992 posts.
This was followed by bedrooms (21,345,111 posts), the living room (20,126,152 posts) and bathrooms (16,491,692 posts).
Making up the top 10 was nurseries, which there were 10,243,321 posts about.
While the rest of the top 10 were home offices (6,790,642 posts), kids rooms (6,389,334 posts), loft/attics (5,575,392 posts), garages (5,524,882 posts) and dining rooms (4,021,168 posts).
To find the results, the brand analysed Instagram hashtag data to discover the top five most used hashtags relevant to each room.
Once these hashtag figures were calculated, they were added together.
Recent data suggests that over 1.074 billion people are using Instagram in 2021, with the average person spending at least 53 minutes per day on it.
This proves that people use Instagram for all sorts of inspiration, whether that’s looking for new interior design trends or just searching for their dream home’s design.
The UK's largest mortgage lender, The Halifax, has said the extension of the stamp duty holiday has "removed uncertainty" for those completing house purchases.
Stamp duty relief in England, Northern Ireland, and the equivalent in Wales, have all been extended – making it an ideal time to buy or sell a home.
Russell Galley, managing director at the Halifax, said: "The government's decision to extend the stamp duty holiday – one of the main drivers of demand from home movers during the pandemic – has removed a great deal of uncertainty for buyers with transactions yet to complete."
