Towie star Courtney Green’s ex-boyfriend ‘slashed in facewith scissors’ in roadside attack
Towie star Courtney Green has begged for help after herex-boyfriend, Callum Bushby was ‘slashed’ in the face.
It has been claimed he was attacked on Friday evening, at6.30pm, in London – when a man walked up to his car window and went for hisface with ‘scissors’.
Taking to Instagram, the reality star shared a gruesome snapof her former flame as she begged for any witnesses to come forward.
Alongside the photo, which showed a large, bloody gash acrossthe businessman’s face, the 24-year-old said: ‘A man around 25-30-old shapegolf – gun metal grey seen in Woodford Essex 6.30pm tonight.
‘If anyone has any info please DM!!
‘He just slashed @callumbushby in the face near BancroftsSchool!! Any information please get in contact ASAP!!
In another post on her story, Courtney continued: ‘One of myfriends this evening at 6.30ish was slashed in the face with what he thinks wasa pair of scissors! On the duel carriageway outside Bancroft school.
‘A grey golf swerved and stopped in front of him walked upto the window and then slashed him in the face, if you were around that road orarea at 6.30ish please message me.
‘To the cyclist that went past him when he was on the road bleeding and you felt the need to say ‘serves you right you should learn how to drive’ I have many words for you but I won’t say them.
‘My friends drives a grey Audi and the other car was a grey golf, they blocked the road up so someone would of seen something!
‘If anyone saw anything please dm me (sic).’
Callum – who dated Courtney for 18 months before they splitlast year – later shared an update on his own social media profile, insistinghe was ‘good’.
Beside a black-and-white picture of his bandaged face, he simply said: ‘Appreciate all the messages, we good.’
Met Police shared a statement with Metro.co.uk, which read: ‘We are investigating an incident that occurred at approximately 18:35hrs on Friday 6 March on High Road, Woodford Green.
‘The incident involved two vehicles, the occupant of the second vehicle has [approached] the victim’s car after they both came to a stop. The driver of the second vehicle is then reported to have assaulted the victim while the victim was still in his vehicle.
‘London Ambulance Service also attended and the victim, a man in his twenties, was taken to hospital for treatment to facial injuries and has since been discharged.
‘The incident was initially reported to Essex Police and has since been passed over to the Met.
‘Enquiries are on-going and no arrests have been made.’
