Miranda Kerr shows support for ex Orlando Bloom after Katy Perry baby news

Miranda Kerr has given her full support to ex husband Orlando Bloom as she liked Katy Perry 's social media baby announcement.

Victoria's Secret model Miranda showed her happiness for the couple as Orlando's wife-to-be Katy shared the exciting baby news in her new music video during the early hours of Thursday morning.

The 36-year-old was married to the actor from 2010 to 2013, and the pair share son Flynn together, who is nine – meaning it's Orlando's second child, but Katy's first.

Roar singer Katy, 35, uploaded the video for Never Worn White to Instagram , where she unveiled her blossoming baby bump at the very end, and Miranda showed there were no hard feelings by liking it.

Dad-to-be Orlando, 43, also commented on the photo, leaving a simple heart emoji in honour of his fiance.

In 2017, Miranda opened up to People about Orlando and Katy's relationship, and had nothing but good things to say about the singer.

"We're a modern family. Orlando and I are literally like family, he's like a brother to me," she explained about their "amazing" dynamic.

"It's very weird, but we really care for each other and we have a great relationship, so I feel very lucky."

The model also revealed that Katy and her son were "great and got on really well".

On a live video after the video was released, Katy also revealed she is ready to release a new album, saying: "Let's call it a double-whammy".

She added: "I am excited, we're excited, and happy. It's probably the longest secret I've ever had to keep."

Taking to  Twitter  after making the announcement, Katy shared how relieved she was that the news was now out.

She told her fans: "omg so glad I don’t have to suck it in anymore"

Katy followed that up by tweeting: "or carry around a big purse lol"
