Former Liberty X star Michelle Heaton has left self-isolation for her child's gymnastic competition.
The TV presenter, 40, mum to two Faith Michelle Hanley and Aaron Jay Hanley, has been keeping behind closed doors for the last seven days as a response to the coronavirus pandemic.
Michelle took the drastic measure after her neighbour tested positive for the virus, though she has not experienced any of the symptoms herself.
Taking to social media this weekend, Michelle told her followers she'd finally left the house to watch daughter Faith's gymnastics competition.
The message was posted in the caption of the cute photo with Faith and Aaron.
Michelle wrote: "Trying my best to smile through the fact we don’t know how, what’s happening, can or may effect us all.
"Many loved ones vulnerable.. I did the whole 7 day isolation thing last week. So who ever sees us out and about I’m prob less like to give u anything (NOT THAT I OR WE HAD IT) then you are to us! Everyone has opinions and their views .. until we are forced into something we can’t control!
"But control what you can.. have fun, buy food, wash hands, be smart, try smile, and if your 8yr old has a gymnastics competition on a Saturday afternoon representing #radlettgymclub at the amazing @affinitygymnastics Then unless it cancelled (which It isn’t) … I’m dammed if she misses it #gofaith "
