Made In Chelsea fans have called for Sophie Hermann and Fredrik Ferrier to become an item after she confirmed her split from her Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion co-star Tom Zanetti.
Speaking during the finale of the E4 reality show, Sophie told Fred of her split from DJ Tom: “We were incompatible.”
She added tearfully: “I am disappointed with my own judgement.”
Fred responded by comforting Sophie and telling her she has never looked more beautiful.
He sweetly told her: “Prince Charmings will come and go, but I will always be here!”
Sophie, 34, confirming herself and Tom’s split saw fans of the show quickly take to Twitter to beg for her and her close friend Fred to get together.
One wrote: “Please can Sophie and Fred be together in the next series #MadeInChelsea” while another added: “Sophie deserves the world. The world is Fred. #MadeInChelsea”.
A third commented alongside a GIF of Kylie Jenner crying: “The nation watching Fred and Sophie be friends knowing they’re soulmates #MadeInChelsea”.
Even the official Made In Chelsea Twitter account is keen on a blossoming romance between the pair.
Sharing snaps of the duo from the finale, they wrote: “Let’s admit it, we all want a Fred and Sophie romance #MadeInChelsea”.
The last episode of the show’s 21st series also saw an adorable moment where Fred presented Sophie with a jewellery box with a note inside reading: “You’re looking at the only person whose love you need.”
Sophie replied: “Aw strudel! That’s so cute. Thank you!”
Sophie’s former boyfriend Tom, 31, who made his MIC debut earlier in the series, has also opened up about their split.
Confirming their break-up, Tom exclusively told new! magazine that they parted ways after six months because of their “different lives”.
He said: “We have gone our separate ways, yes. I wish the duchess all the best though.”

Tom went on to explain that he and Sophie had a fantastic time after leaving the mansion, but their opposite lifestyles eventually took their toll on their blossoming romance and the couple decided to call it quits.
He revealed: “We had a great time getting to know each other and made memories for life, but we live very different lives and being so busy, we just couldn’t commit.”
The pair met earlier this year and struck up a romance whilst filming E4 dating show Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion, which was filmed at the luxury Sydenhurst estate in Surrey.
