This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby took to Instagram and praised her dad Brian as she uploaded a sweet snap of the father and daughter duo. The 40-year-old, who is close to her dad, opened up about her relationship with him as she celebrated Father’s Day.
In view of her 7.2 million followers, Holly shared a photo of the pair sitting beside each other as they beamed at the camera.
She wrote: “Happy Father’s Day Daddy!!!! Love you so so very much… thank you for being such a ray of sunshine…”.
Fans flocked to the comment section, as people gushed over the father and daughter’s resemblance.
One wrote: “I thought you looked like your mum, until I saw this picture!”
Another commented: “You have his smile. Gorgeous photos.”
“You look exactly like your dad,” a third chimed, while another remarked: “Daddy’s absolute double.”
A fifth added: “I don’t think aging runs in your family.”
Holly has opened up about her relationship with her dad who she branded “amazing”.
“My dad is amazing. Everything is ‘the best’, that’s my dad’s motto: ‘This tea is the best,'” the This Morning presenter said.
“When we were kids we used to get the train to London and he would say: ‘Oh, it’s the best’.”
“And he just has the most positive outlook on everything, everything is the best so I love that about him because if you go through life thinking everything is the best then you’re never disappointed are you?”
Last month, Holly shared a snap of her mum, Lynn, after she turned 73 leaving fans staggered over her age-defying beauty.

Marking the occasion with a video, Holly’s followers were blown away by their likeness.
“You’re so like your beautiful Mum, I hope she’s having a lovely day,” one penned.
Another added: “I can see where you get your looks!”
Elsewhere, social media users were in disbelief after the presenter posed for a photo with her mother-in-law’s new “baby”.
Mum-of-three Holly captioned the photo: “Hanging out with this gentle giant today… meet my mother in laws baby… Mullins#irishwolfhound#dogsofinstagram.” [sic]
Mullins dominated the photo as he looked up towards Holly with his huge frame.
A couple of weeks ago on This Morning, Holly was scared of a border collie that appeared on the show, as fans praised the star’s bravery posing for a photo with Mullins.
