Holly Willoughby says she really wants another child after a broody Christmas Day confession to fans.

She was speaking after seeing This Morning co-star Rochelle Humes’ new baby – and that brought it all back.

The 39-year-old TV host already has three children with her producer husband Dan Baldwin – Belle, nine, and sons Harry, 11, and Chester, six.

She makes her sweet statement during This Morning's Christmas Day special.

The Saturdays’ singer Rochelle, 31, brought cute two-month-old son Blake with her and Holly couldn't help herself.

It left her wanting more of her own during a chat on the ITV show.

Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield ask the singer how her daughters are getting along with their new baby brother.

Rochelle replies: “They are brilliant. They are constantly all over him and fighting about who's going to hold him and who's passing me the baby wipes.

“But it's really nice, and I think because he's a boy there's no competition, they are just trying to be mini mummies!"

You can watch for yourself – This Morning at Christmas airs on ITV on Christmas Day at 10am.

Holly considered leaving This Morning temporarily to stay home during the coronavirus pandemic with her three young children.

The Mirror report that the star almost stepped off the scene earlier this year.

She said: “Obviously when you hear people say you've kept them going it makes it all worth it and it's a lovely thing.

"To be honest, I think we've kept each other going. We've always, always had that relationship with our viewers where we make the show for them."

“I think the moment we started getting the app and the moment we had iPads on set, people could instantly comment and join in with what we were doing, that sort of third wall of tv got lost, but I think during this pandemic it's just disappeared and I really do feel like we have got through it together.”
