Chris Hughes has hit out at a social media prankster who messaged him pretending to be his girlfriend, Jesy Nelson.
The 27 year old has been dating Little Mix singer Jesy, 28, for over a year and has now been left stunned as somebody tried to start a private conversation with him on Twitter pretending to be the superstar.
Love Island star Chris took to the social media platform to inform his 513,000 followers there was an account pretending to be the Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker online.
He wrote: "Okay this is odd. Imagine believing I might fall for this being my actual girlfriend.

He also uploaded a screenshot of the messages he was sent by the account, named 'JesyNel43546316'.
The first message from the hoaxer read simply read: "Morning babe".
The fake account then reached out 10 hours later, saying: "babe come on and chat with me".
Fans of the Little Mix singer soon sympathised with the hunk, claiming they have also received message from fake accounts.
While Little Mix as a group have an official Twitter page, none of the individual members have a public account.
One fan wrote: "We have to deal with them accounts too, honestly what's the point?"
A second added: "there's loads of them, nothing new there" with a third commenting: "A typical day for this fandom."
While a fourth chimed: "they try to do that to us too. there's literally no reason for them to do it. it's so stupid."
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Chris had been taken into accident and emergency in hospital ahead of his ITV hosting stint at Cheltenham Festival.
