Charlotte Crosby tearfully denies being violent to Joshua Ritchie as he accuses her of ‘domestic abuse’

Charlotte Crosby has tearfully denied being violent towards her ex boyfriend Joshua Ritchie after he accused her of “domestic abuse” on several occasions.

The 29 year old reality star said she was “really upset” in response to a series of claims her ex Joshua, 25, made on his Instagram stories on Saturday 18 April.

The feud between the former flames, who split in November, began when Charlotte posted a cryptic message about an unnamed person “taking money” from her and her having to pay off “someone’s debt”.

Despite Charlotte not naming Joshua in her post, the former Love Island star hit back as he posted a cryptic comment which said someone had “f**ked with the wrong person” and threatened to “start telling some truths on the matter”.

Joshua, who previously told us he’s received 10,000 hate messages from trolls since his and Charlotte’s breakup, then posted a string of videos where he spoke out about the “debt” and explained the pair owed money on a bond on their former shared Bolton home.

Charlotte’s ex then claimed the reality star had been “domestically violent” towards him on several occasions, including one time where she “threw a trophy at his head”.

In the Instagram video he says: “I’m sick of holding my tongue, so now I’m just gonna say f**king everything.”

Joshua then claims the “first time it happened” was on holiday because he didn’t say “happy birthday to this certain someone at 12 o’clock”.

He then says his ex “chased him around” their Crete holiday villa “with a belt” because he “wanted to go on a lads golfing holiday”.

Charlotte’s ex continued by saying the former Geordie Shore star “tried beating him up while he was asleep” after coming home from a night out.

In the lengthy rant, Joshua says his ex is a “psycho” who “tried to wreck everything that everyone’s got”.

The former Geordie Shore lass then took her own Instagram stories to deny the accusations made by Joshua.

In a tearful video, which has since been deleted, she told her 7.2 million followers: “I’m really upset it has come to this but I am not being accused of things that are not true.

“I have sat here now thinking of how to respond but actually I realise if you do argue with clowns you only join the circus yourself.

“I’m not going to drag anyone through the trash or try and expose anyone.”

She continued: “If I was offered half the money, like someone has suggested. then I definitely would not have gone on that rant.
