Organised mum’s VERY extreme cleaning routine goes viral – and there’s specific chores for every day of the week

WE ALL love the satisfaction of a nice clean home, but others, particularly this mum, have more of a reason to be joyous.

This Australian mum showcased her very VERY extreme cleaning routine which she created after feeling overwhelmed by her list of chores.

The busy and very organised mum-of-two said her two and eight-year-old's aren't keen on cleaning.

And her husband, well, he doesn't see it as a top priority, Mail Online reports, but she certainly does.

The woman used a whiteboard to break up her household chores over days, weeks and even months.

"Can anyone suggest anything I may have forgotten to add here, or anything I should change?" she asked on Facebook as she shared her impressive list.

But it seems people were blown away by the planned-out list and they saw no reason to change it at all.

"Great work, I am a visual person so having it all on display is awesome," one mum said.

"This was me a few weeks back. I find that even if I only do a small job each day it adds up at the end of the week," said another.

Some of the daily chores include doing the dishes, wiping the benches and doing the laundry – including folding clothes from previous loads of washing.

Monthly tasks, however, are to clean the garage, deep clean the dishwasher and wipe over the ceiling fans – things many over us forget about altogether.

The mum-of two revealed she has anxiety and OCD so the cleaning rota helps her stay on track of what needs to be done.

"Just looking for some suggestions on where, and how to start when the cleaning jobs are bigger than they should be," she said, and people were eager to help.

"I am super anxious also and have many internal barriers that I am tackling. I have been taking small steps towards my tidying and cleaning goals," one mum admitted.

She suggested:"May I suggest one small thing that I have picked up and has helped my anxious mind? On most occasions do not leave a room empty handed. As a minor habit shift, has helped me with my tidying."

"I have the same issue with anxiety and OCD with cleaning among other things and it got too much for me a little while ago and I got a professional cleaner in to do a deep clean. Best thing I did it was like a fresh start," said another.
