A BEAUTY fan has shared her honest thoughts on the new Dyson Airstrait after putting it to test on her short and thin hair.
After winning our hearts a few months ago, the Dyson Airwrap has now welcomed its sibling into the marker – Dyson Airstrait.
Priced at an eye-watering £399, the new Airstrait is a wet-to-dry straightener that is here to revolutionise your mornings.
But despite the hefty price tag, is the new product any good? And does it work on all types of hair?
Intrigued by the launch of the beauty tool, one woman, Rudi Berry, decided to try it out on her thin and short locks.
''I have short, medium thickness hair that is generally always fluffy, so I was curious to see how this would work,'' she explained.

In the video, Rudi, believed to be from the US, started by dividing her hair into two sections and doing a rough dry.
According to the shopper, you're supposed to go over each strand of hair ''very slowly'' a few times to ensure it's dry.
Although the pricey product is believed to minimise any damage, Rudi advised to not skip applying heat protectant before styling your locks.
''The hardest element on short hair is gonna be getting the back because usually, I like to flip my straightener and it was a little bit harder to do it with the air going in one direction.''

But whilst the expensive tool did give her a lot of volume, Rudi noted that the Airstrait would not be suitable for everyone.
''I would say the Airstrait is better for people who have naturally wavy or curly hair.

''If you have short, straight hair, I say you could skip this one.''
Sharing her final thoughts, the shopper wrote in the caption: ''I now own all the Dyson hair products and the Airwrap is still my number 1 favorite!''
The new Dyson Airstrait is a wet-to-dry straightener tool that styles, straightens, and dries your hair in one go with no hot plates or heat damage.
It's not cheap, but is set to be one of Dyson's most popular products yet.
Following years of research and development, the new Airstrait straightener uses powerful focused airflow to dry and straighten your hair simultaneously from wet.
With fast, smooth, and shiny results it's a beauty must-have, and a game-changer for those looking for speedy, swish, sleek hair.
The Airstrait uses a hair tress which is contained by two arms, from which a "precisely angled high-pressure blade of air is forced downwards and into the hair, both simultaneously drying and straight styling, with one machine".
James Dyson, Founder and Chief Engineer said: "Having a strong understanding of how to manipulate and realise the potential of powerful airflow is fundamental to the performance of the Dyson Airstrait™ straightener.
